How To Order

To place on order, follow the steps below :

1. Browse our wide range of products by clicking on the category links on the top menu.
2. When you find something you wish to purchase, click the "Product Info" button.
3. Select the size and click "Add to Basket".
4. To review the items that you've added to your shopping cart, click the "Shopping Cart" tab on the top.
5. Once you are satisfied, click the "Check Out' button on the Shopping Cart page.
6. Complete the check out form and click the 'Submit Order' button.
7. Once completed, you will be shown your purchase order with payment instructions and a copy of it will be emailed to you

Shipping Methods

1. Express Post

Expect most deliveries in 2 - 4 working days from the original purchase date. You will be notified of any shipping delays by email or phone. Express Post deliveries also have an option for tracking parcels, which you can track through your local post office service. Shipping Charges

• Any order under $28 the freight charge is $9.00 (inc GST)
• Orders from $28.01 to $50.00 the freight charge is $10.00 (inc GST)
• Orders from $50.01 to $90.00 the freight charge is $13.00 (inc GST)
• Orders from $90.01 to $120.00 the freight charge is $15.00 (inc GST)
• Orders from $120.01 to $300.00 the freight charge is $17.00 (inc GST)
• Orders from $300.01 and over the freight charge is free
• Any orders including an aluminium stand the freight charge is $25.00 (inc GST)

Credit Cards
All you have to do is enter your credit card number and expiry date as well as security number (if applicable) at the checkout. All information is entered through a secure server and is not kept on file by speedfreakaccessories.com.au

We use Paypal a Global Trading & Financial Service to process our credit cards. Paypal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia such as ebay.com. Click here for more information about Paypal.

Cash on Delivery
An option for those without a credit card. The product/s will arrive at your local post office where you will be charged for the cost of the item plus an $9 COD fee as well as the cost of the freight.

Cheque or Money Order
Also an option for those without a credit card. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd prefer bank cheques or money orders although personal cheques will be accepted but will incur a clearance time of up to 7 working days. Do not send the cheque/money order until Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd has contacted you. Once the order is confirmed and finalised, Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will advise a total amount which can be paid for using this method.
 
Bank Cheque
Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will send the goods immediately upon receipt of the cheque. Goods will be sent via post unless otherwise requested.

Direct Deposit
Another option if you don't have a credit card.  After you submit your order, Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will contact you and give you the total cost of the purchase (goods + freight) and our bank details.  Do not direct deposit until Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd have contacted you. An order can be paid for at any CBA branch around the country. If this is the preferred option Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will email a deposit slip to take to the nearest CBA branch. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd can only accept cash, money order or eftpos with this method. Sorry no credit cards. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Goods will be sent via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

Bank Transfer
Can be either a transfer from your bank or via “internet banking”. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will provide a reference number. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Goods will be sent via courier unless otherwise requested

International Orders
All international orders must be paid for by “WIRE TRANSFER” before sending. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will confirm method of freight required and advise freight amounts. All bank fees for wire transfer must be paid by the purchaser. Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will provide all bank details with confirmation of the order. All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account. An order number will be used as reference.

Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd can send goods overseas GST exempt. Goods must be shipped directly out of the country from our premises. To work out a price without GST, simply multiply the current retail price in A$ by 0.909 eg a price of A$49.95 including GST is equal to A$45.41 excluding GST. (49.95 multiplied by 0.909 = 45.41).
