Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd strive to offer 100% satisfaction. In order to achieve this Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd request all the information supplied is as accurate as possible.

Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd offer 100% satisfaction or a refund on most items subject to the following:

-goods must be in brand-new condition and cannot be used or fitted and must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
-all packaging must not be damaged or destroyed.
-all brackets and fittings must be returned with the goods.
-occasionally a product you request to be specially ordered in specifically for you may not be returnable.
-in the event of a change of mind, incorrect size/colour, or an incorrectly ordered item, Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd can only refund the price of the goods and not any freight to or from our premises. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all goods returned. It is up to you to safely return the goods to Speed Freak Pty Ltd
-in the event of us supplying an incorrect item, Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will then refund the freight provided it is returned via our specified method.

In the event of an item being “faulty” or “not fit for the purpose”, please advise by phone or email info@speedfreakaccessories.com.au Speed Freak Accessories Pty Ltd will ensure the quickest solution possible.
